a clear meaning of preparing/equiping

Few few days sharing and talking which a few music pastors of mine... finally know what am i going to do more in preparing and equiping myself for the future's full time serving in the lord.

I of coz in the process.... but still there's quite a long way still.... im sure God will guide me true la... he has plan for everyone including me...

- in vocal
- spiritual relations with God
- leadership
- my chinese (writing)
- taking ABRSM grade 5 & 8 theory
- taking ABRSM grade 5 & 8 vocal practical
- my character

this is all which i need to continue improve and better...still got 7 to 8 years time (maybe). Even though i know it will be hard for me... but i willing to do it for God & myself. JIA YOU!
